Botox can migrate from the site it was injected. This is a general rule, and it's difficult to know if any type of manual manipulation could increase this risk for someone like you. In general, I recommend my patients avoid exercising the day of the treatment but otherwise normal activity should be ok.

Like any breast implant, the Ideal Implant can rupture. Because it has two inner chambers, if one chamber ruptures it doesn't completely empty out like a traditional saline implant. This may have beneficial effects with the resultant capsule or scar tissue.

Both treatments are very effective for sweating of the armpits. Botox is temporary, however, and should be repeated every 6 months or so.
