The results of votiva are not permanent and do vary from patient to patient. Tissue tightening is remarkable and we have seen excellent results for urinary incontinence and sexual satisfaction. I typically tell patients the average time to maintenance therapy is 1 year.

The use of such medications after the P shot should increase blood flow to the penis and enhance the effect of the PRP. The need to us such medications to achieve an adequate erection should decrease in the months following the P shot, but they will in no way interfere with the effect of the shot.

I typically tell my patients to purchase and use the vacuum erection device (VED) for 6 weeks after the shot. It helps to improve blood flow to the penis and enhances the effect of the PRP. If they can use it twice daily, that is preferred.

We typically tell patients it’s effect lasts about 1 year, but every patient is different. Some patients reap the benefits and want more sooner. Some patients may never need another shot. We typically wait 3 months before giving another shot. The P shot should help achieve longer, stronger erections. Using a vacuum erection device for 6 weeks is recommended to enhance the effect of the shot.

That’s an unfortunate outcome and is probably related to filler injections too superficially. The best solution would be to have hyaluronidase injected to dissolve the lumps of filler. Gentle massage can also be used to soften these lumps.

It is too early to tell and the final result of your lip flip will be seen up to 2 weeks after the injections. That being said, just 4 units is unlikely to cause the unwanted side effect of not being able to suck through a straw.

You can definitely treat sun damage with a laser if you have freckles. Some of the freckles may also fade with the treatment. If you do have laser treatment you cannot be in the sun for 30 days before and after the treatment.

Great question. It is hard to tell without a picture whether cryolipolysis would help. This can be used for fat below the chin, so it could be an option. Kybella may be an option as well.
