Can CoolSculpting be done on the buttocks?
CoolSculpting below the buttocks
Sep 17, 2018
CoolSculpting can treat the area right below the buttocks. This area is sometimes referred to as the banana roll.
Does CoolSculpting not work on everyone?
CoolSculpting results
Sep 17, 2018
Some individuals experience amazing results with CoolSculpting and some individuals feel disappointed. Two of the biggest influences on your results is 1) if you are a good candidate for CoolSculpting and 2. How many treatments you receive. The fact that you lost a few inches after one session is very impressive. Most patients require several sessions to achieve their desired aesthetic. You may need additional sessions on your abdominal area to see further fat reduction.
Is it safe to do CoolSculpting on the face?
CoolSculpting on the face
Sep 17, 2018
CoolSculpting is FDA cleared to remove fat from the submental region (the chin and neck area.) It cannot treat the face. Schedule a consult with a fat reduction specialist. They can help you determine if there is any treatments available for achieving your desired aesthetic.
If CoolSculpting causes inflammation, could this cause cancer as all disease and cancer are caus
CoolSculpting and inflammation
Sep 17, 2018
There is absolutely no indication that suggests CoolSculpting can lead to cancer. CoolSculpting triggers apoptosis, a normal process of cell death and removal that the body goes through as a controlled part of its growth and development.
Are there any knee sculpting procedures?
CoolSculpting for knee fat
Sep 17, 2018
The smaller CoolSculpting applicators, such as the Cool mini, can be used to reduce fat deposits above the knees. Good luck in your search to find the best fat reduction treatment for you.
Does CoolSculpting get rid of fat cells the same way lipo does or does it just eliminate the fat
CoolSculpting Removes Fat Cells from the Body
Jul 26, 2018
This is a great question. Both CoolSculpting and Liposuction decrease the amount of fat cells from a given treatment area. However, CoolSculpting accomplishes this using cryolipolysis. Basically, controlled cooling chills the fat cell, causing it to rupture. The fat cell is no longer able to store fat. This flags it for apoptosis (cell death and removal.) The lymphatic system collects the ruptured fat cells and removes them from the body as waste. So CoolSculpting eliminates the actual…
Can CoolSculpting cause fat killed off from treated areas to redirect to the breasts?
Frozen fat cells are removed from the body
Jul 26, 2018
Fortunately no. The destroyed fat cells are collected by the lymphatic system and removed from the body in the form of waste.
Any way to reduce eye bags, non-surgically? I have a huge problem with lower eyebags.
Blepharoplasty vs Fillers
Jul 26, 2018
The good new is: its unlikely you have a virus. Although, if you are really concerned about that, I would recommend seeing a doctor. The bad news is, if you really want to get rid of you undereye bags, cosmetic surgery, such as a Blepharoplasty (lower eyelid surgery) is your best bet. Cheek and under eye fillers may help the appearance of under eye bags, but the results are minimal compared to the results you will see from surgery, and are temporary.
I put the dermal fillers 9 days ago (3 mil Juvederm). Is it safe now to go on scuba diving?
Scuba diving after Juvederm
Jul 26, 2018
Generally, most patients are fine returning to their normal activities, including exercise, after 24 hours of their Juvederm treatment. However, I understand that scuba diving deserves special consideration due to the changes in pressure. As long as there is no swelling, I would assume scuba diving would be fine 9 days after Juvederm, but the only way to get reliable advice on this matter is to contact your provider and ask them.

Botox complications may include Ptosis
Jul 26, 2018
Spiritless eyes is very disconcerting, but without a picture, I am not sure exactly what effect you are trying to describe with inexpensive, lifeless and spiritless. . You should definitely contact your Botox provider and let them know about your concerns. In rare cases, Botox administered in the brow area can spread to adjacent muscles and cause something called Ptosis, which looks like a droopy eyelid. Botox can also cause the brow muscles to push down onto the eyelid space, causing the…

Uneven lumpiness may be expected swelling following coolsculpting treatment
Jun 18, 2018
The lumpiness you describe could actually be swelling, and if this is the case, it is not uncommon to have areas with more swelling in some areas compared to other areas. If the lumpiness has not improved in two weeks, call the provider that performed the CoolSculpting. Don’t be afraid to address any concerns you have.

Consult a new doctor
Jun 18, 2018
I am sorry you had a negative experience with your tummy tuck procedure. That can be extremely frustrating and discouraging. If the doctor you are talking to is confusing you, seek out a second opinion. CoolSculpting may or may not help. You would need a in-person consultation for any provider to give you good advice on your unique situation, but if you don’t trust the provider that performed the tummy tuck, see someone else. I think you will find a second opinion very enlightening about y…
