Long term deep wrinkles between the brows can be improved, but not always erased, with botulinum toxin alone. Belotero Balance softened with saline and injected through 34 gauge needle allows superficial filling of these residual frown lines. Maintenance botulinum toxin to keep the wrinkles from reforming and touch ups with filler can improve the appearance further as can fractionated resurfacing.
