The reason to avoid the treatment isn't the effect of the device, but that of the topical anesthetic applied prior to the procedure which can be systemically absorbed and enter breast milk. It may not be the answer you want to hear, but if your lips are still 'firm/hard over a month after lip filler, you have too much filler.  Lips with filler should still be soft, supple and mobile.  It is normal for them to feel firm while there is initial swelling which can last even 1 - 2 weeks, however that should resolve.  You may want to consider a more elastic filler next time like restylane refyne.Aesthetically, lips should also not sit in front of the face, but fit the face.  That ...

It sounds like what you are describing is coolsculpting to reduce the overall fat of the upper abdomen and then a week later, kybella injection into a fatty growth (a lipoma).  Your treatments won't negate each other.
