The good news is that the injector used juvederm, which is reversible with hyaluronidase. Little bumps, although rare in the hands of skilled injectors, can be normal clumping of the material after injection. These should completely resolve within a few weeks. If the bumps are still visible/obvious after this period, then find someone very experienced and qualified to dissolve the material.
