Will Kybella work to improve my profile?

Hi thank you for your question. It is a bit difficult to determine based on the photo alone, but it appears you may be a better candidate for Sculpsure than Kybella. Typically it takes about 2 treatments of Sculpsure to see desired results. After Sculpsure I would also consider a skin tightening procedure such as Thermismooth or Ultherapy. Hi thank you for your question. Atrophy of the skin is a common side effect of cortisone injections. The good news is this can sometimes resolve on its own over a period of months. If waiting does not seem the best option to you there are things that can be done. I recommend massaging the area a few times a day as this increases blood flow and hopefully collagen stimulation as well. Hello thank you for your question. Kybella is best for reducing fat of the submental area. It doesn't appear from the photos that Kybella would be the best treatment for you. I believe a combination approach would be best. Botox may be used in the neck (platysmal bands) to help give a lift. A device for tightening of the skin (Thermismooth, Ultherapy, etc.) could be of benefit, and possibly PDO threads for a further lift.
