There are many options to help lessen the severity of the lip lines. 2 things that come to mind to me for skin tightening is Ultherapy or Infini.

Ultherapy is the only device FDA approved for skin tightening with no down time.

Infini is a new device using micro-needles and radio frequency heat to deliver energy deep in the tissue, essentially creating a heat injury that your body’s natural response is to build collagen and repair.

I recommend Juvederm Ultra to fill in the deep creases as well as restore volume in the depressions near the outer limit of the upper lip.

Restylane will also do the job but I prefer Juvederm Ultra for the kind of deep creases you have along with the generalized thinning of the upper lip which is visible as shadows on the lip.

It is likely that you may need two injection appointments to achieve the best results. Botox in very small doses can help the filler last a little longer, but does not restore volume in lips that have lost volume in the skin.

These are difficult to treat. It always requires combination therapy. These require volume with filler, Botox to relax the muscles, and either fractional ablative laser resurfacing or Infini. It is one of the best things you can do for your skin along with reducing sun exposure. There are several treatment options for vertical lip lines including fillers, Botox, microneedling, non-ablative and ablative lasers.

Your lip lines can be treated several ways. I would use a combination of Restylane and Restylane silk as silk does not last that long but is great in finer lines.
