Name: Vishal Verma, MD

Statement: Dr. Vishal Verma is originally from Minnesota and has spent the last decade in San Diego. He earned both his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Medicine in the prestigious accelerated 6-year Honors Program in Medicine (HPME) at the University of Miami. He continued his medical training with a residency in Radiology at the University of Chicago and an MRI fellowship at the University of California – San Diego. His passion and talent for aesthetics led to the creation of a truly unique salon and spa concept incorporating both medical and non-medical beauty services. Biography: Susan has her Master of Science in Nursing and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her BSN from the University of Oklahoma and her master’s degree with distinction from Chamberlain University. She obtained her certification in injectables and laser technology from The Medical Aesthetic Training of California and has been practicing aesthetic medicine for over a decade. In addition to frequent advanced training, Susan has successfully completed numerous master’s level courses and enjoys mentoring colleagues at Revive. She is passionate about her practice of aesthetics. Susan listens to each patient’s concerns while making a careful assessment and recommendations tailored to each patient with the goal of providing natural results and an exceptional patient experience.

Biography: Nicole attended Kaplan College, graduating in 2011. She decided to pursue her career in Aesthetic Medicine and began working with several top Allergan Medical Spas before joining Revive. Nicole strives to provide each client with informed options while administering thorough, attentive care. Her specialties include dermal fillers, laser treatments and microneedling, as well as skincare and skin rejuvenation. Nicole will be continuing her education in Spring 2019 to become a Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Shalane attained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brookline College. She went on to work in the Operating Room and circulated for numerous surgeries for several years. After visiting San Diego on a vacation, she decided to leave her home in Alaska and job in the O.R. to pursue her true passion in Aesthetics. Prior to joining the Revive team, Shalane worked with another leading Allergan Medical Spa. She takes pride in providing safety, individualized patient-centered care and obtaining desired results while also building that “family” connection. Shalane specializes in Skin Rejuvenation, Facial Lasers, Laser Hair Removal and Cosmetic Injectables (Neuromodulators and Filler). Outside of making patients feel pretty, Shalane enjoys rollerblading, watching basketball and spending time at the beach.

Biography: Olga Brener graduated from the Los Angeles Valley College nursing program and received her BSN from the University of Phoenix. She is certified by the American Association of Aesthetics and keeps her aesthetic trainings up to date. She has two years experience in the acute care settings of a community hospital in Los Angeles and a year as an Operation Room nurse at Enhance Plastic Surgery Center in Beverly Hills. She is fluent in the Russian language and honed her communication and interpersonal skills during her experience in the customer service industry prior to becoming a nurse. She offers her cosmetic patients a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and personal attention. She has over a year of experience in the field of Aesthetic Nursing; her areas of expertise include non-surgical facial rejuvenation with Botox, fillers and lasers. Biography: Kayla Hillygus is an Aesthetic Registered Nurse who specializes in various non-surgical laser and injectable treatments to restore youth and health to the skin. Kayla holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from CSU Fullerton, along with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara. She graduated Sigma Theta Tau from her graduate program and as a Dean’s List Candidate from her undergraduate education. She was Valedictorian of her high school class, 2005 Taft Oil Dorado Queen as a Kiwanis Club representative, and Miss Bakersfield’s Miss Congeniality. Biography: Andrew Saurin is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. He has been practicing since 2014 in San Diego and is a California native originally from Venice Beach. He has worked in physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as interventional pain management for 4 years. Since 2018 he has worked in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. He has experience performing procedures for both chronic pain and aesthetic dermatology. Biography: Lydia graduated from Goldfarb School of Nursing in St. Louis, MO, and just moved to San Diego in August! She has been a nurse for 3 years and has been doing aesthetics part-time for about the last year but now has gone full time and she is super excited about it! Lydia specializes in Botox and other neurotoxins! She loves to sit with her patients and really get to know their long-term goals to help get them the best-personalized results possible.
