The best place to start is to get a few in-person consultations with plastic surgeons experienced in augmentation revisions. You will need capsulotomy which is making incisions in the capsule around the implants to accommodate a more appropriate implant. There is too much space between the breasts. Grams of tissue does not correspond to cc in an implant. A good plastic surgeon experienced in Aesthetic breast surgery can advise you of the appropriate sized implant for your goals. From these photos, it looks like you have an excellent result from your surgery. You can go to the lowest profile implant or an anatomic implant but you don't want it to be too narrow. It is important that the base diameter look natural and that you don't have too much space between the implants. Upper pole fullness is the goal for most women seeking augmentation. Yes, you can increase upper pole fullness with a breast implant and it can be done after a breast reduction. There is no rule that implants need to be replaced every 10 years. The current generation of silicone implants have a very good track record with rupture rates estimated at about 1% per year. I think you would obtain a very nice result without liposuction in the upper abdomen. You don't have a significant amount of excess fat there and once the tummy tuck is performed, you should obtain a nice result with less risk. Liposuction can increase the risk of problems as a result and always best to do the least that you need to do to get the result that you want. Best wishes.

It is impossible to tell from the photos which treatment would be best for you. There are many ways to treat the under eye area and an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be my best recommendation for you. You need an in person consultation to determine if it is strictly muscular weakness or a hernia. Based on your photos, you definitely need a tummy tuck. It looks like you also have an umbilical hernia which any plastic surgeon can fix at the same time. Absolute recommendations can never be given strictly by photos so make an appointment with a good plastic surgeon and discuss your options.

I would recommend waiting at least 6 months before having another procedure. You want to be fully healed and if your hysterectomy was done to correct anemia, this will allow time for your blood count to rise putting you in a healthier state for your tummy tuck. Best wishes.
