I am only basing this on the two pictures provided so please don’t consider this medical advice but a suggestion. You are correct that the main issue is your overbite. The chin/jaw being smaller has not given enough support to the lower face which makes you look older than you are. While a deep plain necklift and chin implant could help mask the problem I would first recommend seeing a jaw surgeon about a possible sagital split osteotomy to bring your jaw forward. I do not know anything specific about your surgery. I would recommend you talk to the surgeon who did your surgery about your particular situation but assuming there is no obvious reason for your pain (implant malposition, capsular contracture, infection, animation deformity etc) I find some patients with anxiety listen too loudly to the nerves that have been cut associated with the surgery. Desensitization exercises (PT/OT) and nerve reducers can be very helpful (gabapentin)

In general most incisions have lumps early on after surgery. They are usually from the absorbable sutures used to close the incisions. It is never too early for any procedure if it is applied to the correct situation. #1 mini facelifts are stupid. They usually only put tension on the skin and will result in early relapse of whatever they were trying to fix. #2 I am not convinced you need a facelift at all. Having never seen you in person and only looking at the photos my guess is that you are struggling to find a doctor that is confident they can change your nose for the better as your nose is already very cute.
