Thank you for your great question. A high quality laser will typically destroy 10-20% of your hair each treatment. Fine, lightly colored hair will be more difficult to treat. Generally expect 6-10 treatments. Laser hair treatments may require touch up treatments since no laser can provide permanent, 100 %, full time results. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. If your Coolsculpt device issued a thermal event, then most likely the machine’s cooling system automatically shut off. For safety, the device is programmed to shut down in cases of vacuum loss and temperature variations. Although you did not receive the full treatment it would have been reasonable to perform massage at the time of the the event. Thanks for your great question. Coolsculpting is available worldwide however, you need to make sure you are being treated by a reputable provider. Knock off devices are used in some countries and the results may not be the same. If you are traveling and have the procedure perform incidentally then there is no additional costs but, if you travel to only receive the treatment your costs per cycle will probably exceed your local costs. Look for a provider in your area who is using a PiQo4. The PiQo4 has significantly more energy than those other systems (2000 vs 200 or 400 millijoules) and can reach deeper ink that is left behind. Thanks for your question. The typical Coolsculpting applicators used for the flanks require full contact for either 6o minutes or 35 minutes. The earlier generation of applicators employ greater suction and a 60 minute treatment time, while the newer applicators use colder temperatures, less suction and reduce treatment time to 35 minutes. Good question. It is always smart to check with your neurosurgeon before undergoing Coolsculpting on your abdomen or flanks. Unless he is against it, there is no medical reason precluding you from receiving Coolsculpting. As an aside, you would not be a candidate for Vanquish because of the metal rod. Thanks for your question. As long as you do not have any signs of irritation or inflammation from the exfoliation phase of the HydraFacial you can have laser hair removal 48 hours later. If you have any irritation you should wait until it is completely resolved to avoid skin injury.

Dan, thanks for your question. From your picture it seems it might take up to 10 treatments with older laser technology to get satisfactory results. However, you should get great results, in half the number of treatments, from the use of more modern advanced laser tattoo removal technology. Katie, thank you for your great question. It really depends on the reason you are receiving the treatment. Generally there is no downtime following a laser genesis treatment so the treatment interval can be as short as a couple of days.
