There is no interference between vitamins and laser hair removal. Make sure the laser is performed in a medical setting by an experienced provider. During your initial consultation all your questions and concerns should be answered in full.

Microneedling is a great treatment for scars, fine lines and pigments. In your particular case you need to have your scar examined by a dermatologist first. In the event you are a candidate for microneedling make sure it is done in a medical setting.

CoolSculpting works very well for the c-section pooch. You can certainly have more treatments after giving birth. You need to be evaluated by a certified physician in order to determine how many sessions you need and the proper selection and the right position of the CoolSculpting applicators.

For hyperpigmentation, it is better to do the chemical peel first and afterwards have the IPL correct any other skin damage left behind. You should have very nice results.

From your picture you have a combo of different scars, but in my practice I have great success with microneedling and your own PRP. The procedure should be performed by an experienced physician since each scar needs to be treated aggressively. You will need multiple sessions, perhaps 8-10. Combining microneedling with other modalities such as fractional laser will add more improvement.

CoolSculpting is a great technology for reduction of pinchable fat. The fat cells are simply distroyed by the patented fat-freezing procedure. The applicator cannot be placed over an abdominal hernia. That is why it is very important to get a consultation and treatment in a medical  office certified in CoolSculpting procedures.

For your June wedding you can certainly improve your face but you need to start as soon as possible. Botox and fillers used by an experienced physician with an aesthetic eye can make you look refreshed. You might want to consider improving your skin and tighten your collagen. I like the Vivace using microneedling and fractional RF. I personally do not think the Elixis is going to address your concern.

Thermal event means that the applicator moved out of its position and it had lost its suction. CoolSculpting is very precise and it is impossible that your skin became too cold. The mini CoolSculpting applicator is sensitive to every little neck movement so if it is not placed precisely it will not work.

Microneedling combined with fractional RF such as the Vivace works very well for acne scars. Also Vivace uses the blue light for active acne. Fractional laser is a good alternative and sometimes you need to do both. In your particular case you cannot do any treatment at least for six months after stopping Accutane.

In patients with an autoimmune disease injecting a filler or using Botox could reactivate an immune response. You need to discuss it with your treating physician. In my personal experience of patients with autoimmune disease I prefer to use Radiesse instead of Voluma.

You are a perfect candidate for Coolsculpting which is an FDA-approved procedure with a worldwide patent. Any other technology using cold to freeze fat is not approved and might just be a waste of your money.

You do not have to lay on your stomach for the treatments. You can lay on your side or sit up. In my office we use a special soft table and various pillows in order to make our patients as comfortable as possible.

CoolSculpting would work great for your stomach fat. The procedure will eliminate fat cells without surgery. In my experience you would also benefit from some tightening. For your stretch marks I recommend doing Vivace which is microneedling combined with RF.

It is difficult to answer your questions without pictures and without knowing what kind of microneedling you had. I have extensive experience in microneedling with the pen and with RF, and I have never seen a case of prolonged redness. Stretch marks might need a combined approach of deep microneedling performed by a physician and fractional laser resurfacing.
