It has been 10 days since Restylane injection under the eyes, will the product go down?
Too much.. now what?
Jun 9, 2018
Hi there,
Fillers can take a few weeks to yield final results. It is still a little bit early to know for sure. But from what I see, there is too much filler in the tear trough area and none or not enough in the cheek area. Doing fillers in the apple of the cheek or upper portion will help blend and support the filler under the eyes/orbital ridge. You can massage down the area overfilled and it will flatten down or have some dermal filler put in the cheeks which again…

To fill or not to fill?
Jun 9, 2018
Hi Mom3,
Based on the pictures provided, you have volume loss in your cheeks and under your eyes (Malar fat pad and orbital ridge) Because the skin is darker under your eyes at mid pupillary towards the inner corner, as well as lack of support of the nasal labial folds, is an indication of volume loss. Dermal fillers can restore the volume loss and soften the dark shadows. Restylane under the eyes is a great option and Restylane Defyne or Juvederm Voluma…
Is it okay to take ibuprofen after my lip injection?
Decrease chances of Bruising
Jun 5, 2018
Hi there,
To decrease chances of bruising or decrease the length of an existing bruise, avoid ibuprofen. Also supplements like fish oil as well as medications that contain aspirin can increase chances of bruising. Tylenol is ok to take for tenderness post dermal fillers. Also staying hydrated 5-7 glasses of water a day will help keep swelling down.
Hope this helps,
Asia Hankins RN

Keeping it looking natural
Jun 5, 2018
With dermal fillers it is very important to use the right product, proper amount in the proper areas. In your before picture you had very minimal volume loss. Slight upper cheek and mild tear trough. In the after picture the filler is drawing too much water to the tear trough area creating an unnatural look. Filling in the upper lids will only make your eyes look smaller. I would suggest holding off on fillers until the subside a bit. Also, stay hydrated to reduce…
Lumps on lips 2 weeks after Juvederm XC. Is it going to go down or should I get it dissolved?
Massage will help
Jun 5, 2018
What’s great about using dermal fillers that are made from Hyaluronic acid is when you “see” a lump after having dermal fillers, you can massage the lump and it will flatten out. With lips in particular, visual lumps can occur in the soft tissue, when the filler settles a little too low. With no other symptoms, it is nothing to worry about. Using Hyaluronidase is not necessary. Instead using your first finger and thumb apply some pressure to either side of the lump. Massa…
