Unfortunately, there is no easy way to reverse the effects of Botox. It is quite common for Botox to have a slightly exaggerated result initially, only to even out within a week or two. Give it time and I suspect that things will improve gradually.

Botox can migrate from the site it was injected. This is a general rule, and it’s difficult to know if any type of manual manipulation could increase this risk for someone like you. In general, I recommend my patients avoid exercising the day of the treatment but otherwise normal activity should be ok.

Botox can definitely help smooth forehead wrinkles. However, unlike the glabella or crow’s feet, Botox injections in the forehead can really alter the appearance of the eyebrows, so it should be done very carefully and tailored to your individual appearance.

Both treatments are very effective for sweating of the armpits. Botox is temporary, however, and should be repeated every 6 months or so. MiraDry is permanent, with results that can last many, many years. For this reason, if you have long standing issues with armpit sweating, miraDry is a great option.
