The effect on your left procerus (frowning) muscle is not sufficient yet. It may still develop over the next 10 days. If line remains after this period of time, check back with your injector for an additional injection.

It is hard to determine from the photo the reason for the vertical line, but if it has do do with forehead bone incongruity (it is perfectly normal) relaxing muscle around that area may make it seem more visible, so using botox to correct that specific problem may not work. However botox may be used with excellent effect to resolve other lines and wrinkles on the face. Consider letting your injector reevaluate the issue.

This issue sometimes occur early on after injection when some muscles were affected by botox more than others and compensate. As botox diffuses and its full effect takes place the bump would resolve after 2 weeks. If not some additional injection into hyperactive muscle should eliminate this appearance.
