Does a lip augmentation fix a high smile?

Hello there, do I you mean a gummy smile (a smile where the upper lip exposes too much gum)? If so you may want to so spider Botox injections to correct this.
If you mean the lip becomes very thin when you smile then a botox ‘lip flip’ maybe an option.
Either way I recommend you make an appointment for a full consultation to assess which would be more suitable,
Do you recommend masseter Botox or filler to achieve a slimmer looking face?

From the photographs it would appear that you have good cheek volume so as a starting point to give a slimmer lower face/ heart shape I would address the masseters first. However a consultation would be the first thing to have as photographs aren’t always ideal. Masseter botox would slim down the width of the lower face. Plus if you suffer from teeth grinding this would also be reduced.
