How long after a thread lift can I resume facials and RF without harming results?

PDO threads for thread lifting are placed into the facial fat layer. This is well below the dermis which is where most RF has its effect. We tend to avoid "bulk heating" procedures over thread lifting for 3 or more months. If you are referring to RF microneedling- the heat from that would not disrupt the threads as it is occurring at a much more superficial level than where the threads are placed.
Are there lasers that are safe to use close to the lash line?

The laser treatment that can easily treat the skin right up to the lash line is CO2 resurfacing, such as the SmartSkin CO2 laser. If treating the full eyelid a corneal shield is often placed for extra protection, but if it is the lower lid primarily we just pull the skin down so that we are treating it without any energy directed near the orbit. Expect to do 2 or 3 sessions but the collagen made will last for years. Downtime will be for a handful of days.

A treatment for this which we have had great success with is AGNES RF. The AGNES RF device has a specialized needle which is used to selective destroy/reduce the number of fat cells even in delicate areas such as this. Additional needles are used to smooth, thicken and tighten the skin. A series of three sessions is often needed but the results are very long lasting (years) with not much maintenance.

It works in the fat layer underneath the skin, but above the muscular abdominal wall so it does not cause any internal scar tissue. I wouldn't expect it to cause any degree of scar tissue formation that would affect a laparoscopic procedure.

It is not possible for LED light therapy to disrupt the integrity of fat cells regardless of the wavelength used. A number of radiofrequency devices are available which can effect fat cell destruction. An example would be TruSculpt iD. The heat required has to be delivered in such a way as to not burn the surface of the skin, and it is well over 100 degrees F.

The P shot would not be able to correct a curvature but it might enhance sensation in the Glans as that it the site of one of the 5 injection points, specifically for that purpose in fact. I have performed PDO threads since 2015 and have never warned anyone not to take hot showers. The threads are in the fatty layer of the face. External hot water would not affect them in the least. The heat resistance of PDO threads is extremely high, well over 100 degrees fahrenheit- certainly not a temperature you would be achieving while bathing.
