The most effective treatment is a facelift with fat grafting (may consider lower eyelid surgery as well). The reason a facelift + fat grafting is the most effective is because it addressed several of your concerns including 1) loss of facial volume, 2) loosening of the deeper tissues & 3) redundant skin – this way, jowls and neck changes, and loss of volume of the upper cheeks, marionette lines, and smile lines can all be improved upon.

It is an excellent question and it depends patient to patient. To narrow the base of the nose, it depends on how much of the “excess” width is due to wide ala and/or a wide nostril sill. Based on the photos you provided, it appears that the “excess” is due to both, so I would recommend an excision that includes both the nostril sill and alar base – this can be performed via a single incision on each side.
Can a facelift fix droopy face & overfilled Radiesse?

Unfortunately, the best option at this time is to wait. Although the manufacturer of the product states Radiesse lasts 1 year, the truth is it can last 2 years or more. Unlike other facial fillers, Radiesse cannot be dissolved.
Regarding a facelift, you are very young. You would have to be evaluated in person by a plastic surgeon for better assessment. I would recommend waiting a minimum of 2 years after Radiesse injection and determine any subsequent potential interventions at that time….

This is a great and common question. The short answer is yes, a BBL can be combined with other surgery including a mommy makeover. However, the main concern with combined surgery is the length of surgery (limiting the time under anesthesia). A general guideline is to not exceed 6 hours of surgery for elective cases.
