Hello and thank you for your question. It’s difficult to properly advise you by only seeing 1 photo. However, I understand your concern as there is thinning. You could possibly need more grafts but it depends on your donor area which I can’t see. You don’t want to deplete your donor area in case you need more grafts in the future. My best advice is to see another doctor you can trust and go from there. Best of luck to you.

Hello and thank you for your question. Typically I advise my patients to not eat really spicy food right after a procedure. The reason is that very spicy food makes you sweat and we don’t want that. That being said, I don’t find onions being very spicy so it depends on your tolerance level. Best wishes.
