Hello and thank you for your question! Unfortunately, the copper IUD does exclude you from skin tightening procedures with radio frequency energy like Bodytite or Morpheus8. Your uterus, where an IUD is placed, is very close to the treatment area, specifically upper and inner thighs. My advice would be to have an in-person consultation with a provider that offer skin tightening procedures so you can get all your questions answered. Good luck!

Happy to answer your question! If you took the Ibuprofen three days prior to your treatment, there is an increased risk for bruising. You can take Arnica prior to your treatment and after to help minimize bruising. If you were to bruise, it would resolve and fade over about a week or two. With that being said, it would be your provider’s preference and its advisable to consult with them prior to your appointment. I hope this helps!
