Cosmelan is a very superficial peel. Some people will swell quite a bit with it. Usually comes down in a few days. Talk to your dermatologist and he/she can give you some medications to help it resolve faster. 
Can Cellfina work for minor laxity where there is no cellulite?

Cellfina is not used for skin laxity. non-invasive tightening devices and in some cases injectables may work better for this indication.

CELLFINA is best used for the buttocks and posterior/lateral/inner thighs. It treats dimples only. It is not intended to treat loose or lax skin, stretch marks, etc. The anterior thigh is less forgiving with CELLFINA than the other areas BUT CELLFINA is still used for dimpling on the anterior thigh. The guide plate on the thighs must be taken directly parallel with the dimpling (unlike the buttocks where different angles may work). Full releases are NOT recommended on the thighs. 
Will Cellfina help dings & dents from aggressive lipo?
Some doctors treat lipo irregularities with cellfina but results are NOT guranteed

CELLFINA is indicated for cellulite. Irregularities from liposuction can be treated with CELLFINA but may or may not improve. Irregularities from Lipo are best treated with more lipo and/or fat grafting.

Insurance does not cover cellulite treatment because it is a cosmetic concern. You can of course call your insurance provider and ask but generally the above is true for most carriers.

Cellfina can cause some temporary lumps during the healing process. These lumps go away in a few weeks. It is unclear what the lump is you are talking about and likely needs an in person examination. Perhaps a short course of prednisone and/or antibiotics may be necessary along with repeat kenalog shots.

Cellfina is not intended to be used for post-lipo irregularities. That is often best fixed with more lipo, or fat grafting, etc. However, cellfina can benefit some patients with lipo irregularities on a case by case basis esp if combined with something like sculptra. It is important to know that post-lipo irregularities are not what cellfina is intended to treat. This is best discussed with your doctor. Loose skin, laxity, and textural irregularity is not treatment with cellfina. CELLFINA treats dimpled cellulite. I agree- it is often best to combine CELLFINA with other modalities for an optimal result.

From the pictures provided- you have dimples on the outer lateral thighs, as well as the buttocks. You would be great candidate. Seek an experienced dermatologist for this procedure. 
I am looking for a non invasive way to get rid of fat on my thighs. Do you have any other suggestions

This can be a resistant area for some people. Consider a few cycles of CS. There is a special applicator for the outer thigh that the new machines have. I usually recommend a minimum of  2 sessions here.

Just make sure staff uses non-latex gloves and I think you should be fine. Contraindications to CS are quite rare and usually don’t apply to most people. Best.

We perform A LOT of CS in our clinic and I have only read about this type of pain but never seen it. It may be neuropathic in origin and responds well to Gabapentin. Talk to your doctor as soon as you can.
Is CoolSculpting able to be done if you are 100 lbs over weight?

CS is good for people who have trouble spots and are generally around their ideal body weight. It is not intended (like lipo) to be a form of weight loss. My advice would be to get around your ideal body weight and then consider CS in trouble areas where it is hard to lose the fat.
