You have some mild skin necrosis (death) along your incision.  This is common in breast lift surgeries and can be a result of tension and/or poor blood flow.  This will usually heal without issues.  Your surgeon should instruct you on how to best care for it.
One Implant not dropping after 5 weeks

It is normal for implants to settle at different rates after surgery.  You can expect your implants to settle for the next 3-6 months.  After that any unsettled implant will likely need surgery to bring it down

I don’t see any signs of necrosis in your photos just evolution of a bruise.  I suggest that if you are still concerned discuss it with your surgeon.

This is a very difficult question to answer correctly without an exam.   While bruising is normal after this procedure, this much bruising can signify an underlying hematoma.  My advice is to contact your surgeon for an exam.

As you already know it appears you have symmastia,Which is usually caused by large implants and/or over dissection.   It also appears that your right breast has bottomed out. Suture abscess are not uncommon but when they do occur they should be treated in the office.  I would suggest you see your surgeon for treatment as there may be residual suture material in the wound that should be removed.

Thank you for your question.  Each surgeon has his/ her own protocol but given that everything goes well post operatively 2 1/2 months should be sufficient to resume most normal activities.

It is difficult to say whether liposuction would benefit your outcome with only a side photograph.  I am unable to assess whether you have access fatty tissue to the flanks (lovehandles).  Based on your side profile, it appears a mini or full abdominoplasty would help with your concerns.

In my practice, I use cool sculpting as a noninvasive fat reduction procedure.  We see excellent results with this procedure however the final results do not show for three months and most patients need more than one treatment.  Unfortunately your vacation this two months away therefore obtaining a desired result may not be possible before then.

Thank you for your question.  You have valid concerns as your procedure however it would be difficult for anyone to give you an accurate assessment without having done the procedure.  Therefore I strongly recommend that you contact your surgeon for evaluation regarding your concerns.

It is difficult to give you an accurate assessment without photographs.  It seems unusual that you developed a rash of 3 1/2 weeks after breast augmentation.  I suggest that you contact your surgeon for an in-person evaluation

I always recommend biocorneum silicone scar cream.  You apply it twice a day and that is it.  My second choice would be silicone scar strips (scar away)  which can be purchases at most large drug stores or online.

There is a small possibility that nipple sensation can decrease or increase in sensitivity after a breast lift.  This can sometimes depend on the type of lift performed and the amount of breast tissue removed or re-positioned.

Based on your photos, I don’t believe you have ruined your results but I would highly suggest that you try to minimize your activities so you will not cause irritation to your suture line.
