On average 1 month after surgery is too early to the make a decision on ones final result, usually 3-6 months is required to consider if an area requires a revision or such up correction. Meaning your recovery and final result depends on the amount of fat removed from liposuction, the areas liposuctioned, and the amount of fat transferred to your buttock.

Different recovery protocols are present for different patients. On average patients may not require any form of lymphatic massage; if they do, they usually require 5-15 treatments as early as 2 weeks (possibly even earlier depending on your soreness level) and as late as 6-8 weeks; meaning your recovery depends on the amount of fat removed from liposuction, the areas liposuctioned, and the amount of fat transferred to your buttocks.

In our practice we recommend that you wait at least 3 to 6 months after pregnancy and have stopped breast feeding for at least 6 weeks to 3 months before you consider any surgery. Your body will be changing during and after pregnancy so it is best to consider any surgery when the body is more stable.

Based on your photos, in our practice we consider it as a staged procedure in-order to optimize both results and not hinder one result for the other for the sake of completing it all in one procedure.
Meaning, liposuction to contour the body and buttock fat transfer at the same time and at a later date, when cleared by your surgeon, a full tummy tuck to optimize your shaped and to attain a flat tummy.
