Hi there. There can be lumps after lip filler. This may have become more noticeable after some swelling went down. Your injector can give you guidance on how this should be managed – this may depend on what specific Juvederm product was used. In some cases, massage can be helpful. In any case, it’s not unusual for it to take a week for two for things to settle down. Continue to follow up with your injector for now. He/she will know what the best course is for you moving forward.

Hello. It is not normal to have swelling at injection sites two days later. Typically, the bumps go down within a few hours of the injection. I recommend you contact your injector as soon as possible for an evaluation.

I would consider a conservative approach in a case like yours and first consider a Botox lip flip to the area of concern. Follow up in 1 week or so and add additional Botox as needed. Once that has taken effect, re evaluate to see if a small amount of volume with filler may be beneficial. If that is the case, addressing the ptosis with surgery will help the brow settle. Hi there. It appears that you are carrying your left brow higher. This may be due to brow asymmetry but could also be secondary to eyelid asymmetry. I think you need a detailed oculoplastic examination to determine if you have ptosis (drooping) of the left upper eyelid that is causing a compensatory elevation of the brow. This will help determine what treatment options you have and whether any additional testing is indicated. Hope that helps.

Hi there. There are variables such as how neurotoxin medicines are prepared and stored prior to and sometimes after preparation. It’s hard to appreciate the areas of concern in these photos. An in perso exam is needed. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, that’s all that really matters. So if you don’t like how it looks at this point, the filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. See your injector for this if needed.

Hi there. Based upon this photo it’s possible injection was too superficial and there may also be overfill. An in person examination is needed. If you are unhappy with results and it’s been a few weeks, you could consider reversal with hyaluronidase – see your injector. I wouldn’t give up on fillers necessarily. You may be a good candidate – can be re evaluated when you are back to baseline by a skilled injector.
