you are having acne and hyperpigmentation from the acne. If you can seek help from a dermatologist for stronger medicines. If not, buy a cleanser with salicyclic acid2% and wash twice a day. Buy a benzoyl peroxide 5% gel or pad and apply once a day. Also buy a pad with salicyclic acid and apply another time of the day. These meds will help your acne. It would be more useful if you would post a picture of your tattoo along with your question. You do not have to get blisters after laser tattoo removal, but there is usually scabbing. You should return to see the doctor and ask for his or her advice. I am sorry but it would be easier to have a picture.
