Cheaper is not always better. Although price is shopped most commonly for belly Lipo and breast augmentation it’s not worth it if you wind up with a life long complication. The cost for abdominal Lipo will vary between $3500 and $7000 depending on the fat to be removed, area of the country and surgeon experience. I always do Lipo of the mons and flanks with my abdominal Lipo because it makes no sense to leave these areas untouched but have a well sculpted abdomen.

As a surgeon who has used most of the adjunct technologies to traditional Lipo(power assisted, VASER, Smart Lipo, Cool Lipo) laser liposuction provides minimal skin tightening and not much else. Experience and good technique gets smooth results and bruising is minimal with adequate tumescence. Currently I use either VASER or power assisted Lipo simply because it lets me get more fat out and more impressive results.

Liposuction is done blindly through a 2mm port site and the skills required are unlike any other surgery. Constant awareness of anatomy and the location of the cannula is imperative to patient safely.

Yes, you can safely have this area treated with Lipo. You need an experienced surgeon familiar with both the anatomy and the procedure performed on this area in the past. I prefer VASER which allows a gentler approach and better sculpting in my hands.

As such, it is not very likely that the right side will grow back.Since there is pain with relations and sensitivity to touch, it is probably a good idea to see a gynecologist about this.What you want to avoid is having a labial reconstruction and then ending up with the same/worse pain with relations and sensitivity.
