Fillers are a great way to temporarily fill wrinkles and hollow lower eyelids. Chemical peels can be a good option if you are experiencing any skin imperfections. Both will not correct under eye bags permanently. Talk to your surgeon about your concerns and discuss any other long term options available to you or find an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who can help you achieve the results you are looking for. All wounds have a tendency to contract after surgery. Usually the wound will have softened by 2 years. Hopefully you were instructed to massage the area and continue your diet and exercise regimen. Your photos seem to show a bit of asymmetry and unevenness with the left being lower than the right. You may have not noticed this difference and it may not bother you, if it does a nipple lift may make more sense.

I do not recommend Radiesse for the lips, and the manufacturer also advises against it. Radiesse is a thick filler know to cause lumps in the lips and other areas of the face where the skin is very thin (under eyes, etc.). I do like to use Radiesse to augment the cheeks; however, I do not recommend it for the tear trough or under eye area. The skin around the eyes is very thin, and Radiesse is a thick filler better suited for other areas of the face.
