Although lasers and fillers will help reduce the appearance of your scars, these treatments are expensive.  If you are on a limited budget, I suggest that you try microneedling with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon experienced in scar treatments. You will see results!  Good luck. 
After Ulthera treatment, how long term does it need to receive Exilis?

You do not have to wait to do Exilis after a ultherapy session. Keep in mind that Ultherapy results are typically seen after 3 months. If you desire more tightening and lifting, Exilis can be done every 2-4 weeks for a minimum of 3 sessions. 
Do I need to get Botox in my forehead, a brow lift or both?

I think you are a great candidate for Botox treatment on the forehead. This will allow your brows to be lifted a millimeter or two. I recommend doing a light treatment that will allow you to still have some movement and allow you to raise your brows.

Coolsculpting is a non-invasive treatment for freezing and killing fat. Typically you will not experience any downtime or discomfort.  Try to be patient as it will take 3 weeks to see initial changes in fat reduction, but maximum results from a single treatment can be seen up to 3 months later. With each coolsculpting session, you can expect up to 25% reduction in fat in the treated area. Most patients do two treatment sessions in the same area for improved results.

Botox injections are extremely and effective when performed by an experienced physician. Although Botox binds to the muscle receptors within 24 hours, side effects can be reported for up to 2 weeks post injection. After two weeks the chance for side effects are next to zero. I am a strong believer that supporting the under eye area by injecting the cheek with a filler like Voluma will improve the hollow appearance and reduce shadowing of your under eye area. Your mid face (ie cheek) would benefit from Voluma injections if performed by an experienced dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Absolutely!   CO2 resurfacing under and around the eye area is often performed at the same time of surgical blepharoplasty. The healing from both procedures is simultaneous and will take approximately 2 weeks. Good luck!

Although the timing of your Botox treatment and the onset of your feeling nauseous makes one question if the Botox caused your symptoms, it is likely unrelated. As you know, nausea and having an upset stomach can be caused by a myriad of things. Although touted to be helpful, I have never been impressed with using Fraxel for treatment of hypo-pigmentation. Fraxel is far more effective in treatment of hyper-pigmentation. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of options to treat areas with loss of pigment. A simple option is try applying a topical immunomodulator like Protopic ointment (tacrolimus) or Aldara (imiquimod). Based on your photo, I would highly recommend that you start with Pulsed Dye Laser (PDL) like the VBeam Perfecta for your treatment. In my opinion, PDL is more effective than Fraxel for improving scar redness and will improve pliability or softening of the scar for less money. I do use multiple lasers for scar improvement. Lasers can be combined for optimal improvement. Your expectations of improving your scars by 50% are within normal limits. Good Luck with your treatments. 
Can You Have Botox Straight After Microdermabrasion?

I'd suggest either doing the microdermabrasion before your Botox or wait several days after Botox. Once you have received your Botox injections, you will need to wait at least 48 hours before manipulating your skin in any way. That includes microdermabrasion, massage, or just rubbing your face. Please consult a board-certified dermatologist to find out how microdermabrasion and Botox can help rejuvenate your appearance.
