This lower pre-auricular area is a little more challenging to inject. The best filler, depending on skin turgor and the extent of volume lost is Sculptra of Juvederm Voluma. The benefit of Voluma is that it is generally one single treatment. Sculptra will take more treatments but will last twice as long, and can also be injected into other areas of the face for volume loss. Based on the two key problems that you have, I would recommend cosmelan peels for you to treat all of the hyperpigmentation and the eMatrix sublative laser. The eMatrix is a color blind laser which can help with your acne scars and will improve the texture and scarring. It will not affect the pigmentation and make it worse as many other lasers would....
