Thank you for the question. Photos would help us answer your question better. Snoopy breast can be corrected by either a lift or repositioning the implant where it can directly communicate with the overlying tissue. It sounds as your implant is either partially of fully covered by the muscle. Depending on the position of the implant, appropriate revision can correct your concern.

Thank you for your question. Please discuss size with your surgeon. Size is such a subjective measure that its difficult for us to understand the desire of each patient’s size. Therefore it is important for a dialogue with your surgeon so some limitations can also be explained. I generally use larger implants than the final fill. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Thank you for your question and concerns. It appears that your implants are located under the muscle as this is how some reconstructions look a couple years following the original surgery because of muscle animation over the years. The patients that I see for this concern, I generally recommend going over the muscle (prepectoral breast reconstruction) to eliminate the animation, discomfort from the muscle and majority of bumpiness that you describe. We all have had some patients have healing issues in that area. I would stay in close contact with your plastic surgeon and follow the instructions.
