Hi, Botox is certainly an option to help temporarily correct the height difference between the brows. By asymmetrically placing botox in the forehead and around the lateral part of the eye, an experienced botox injector would be able to elevate the right brow a few millimeters and bring the left down slightly to provide greater harmony between the brows.
