This is not the best photo, but from what I can see this is hyperpigmentation and not acanthosis nigricans. I think this could be lightened to match the rest of your skin with topical treatments or lasers which are safe for darker skin types. Please see a qualified skin doctor and I am sure they will put you on a good regimen. My take would be to go with least invasive methods like topical treatments for this first. This could be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It can fade with time or you can actively try to lift the hyperpigmentation. I do wish you had attached a photo so we could see how dark the line was. That would indicate the best treatment for it. The laser was applied unevenly,as a result you are left with hair growing in lines. as far as I understand you have had only two treatments. you should perhaps get treated over the areas where the hair is still thick to match the other areas.also I would keep the strength of the laser lower than before as you have darker skin and this gives the burn and the post laser hyper-pigmentation. the hair is dark and should absorb light well.I hope this helps! First of all , you skin looks lovely. Fillers can be put in the temple areas and in cheek areas to achieve that fuller rounder look. Once cheeks are fuller the nose will appear smaller. Yes you can have tight skin. The photos of celebreties are intensely photoshopped. However, you at your age can have beautiful glowing tight skin. There are many things to seep the skin tight. Tempsure is a radiofreguency machine and works really well. If you go to see some one in a known med apa they can lay out a plan for you and also help you with a skin regimen. You just need time and patience and willingness to get it done.

There most likely will be hyperpigmentation in the area. I think the key is to control the acne. I suggest making an appt with a good dermatologist, specially one eho understands the skin type and the problems that can occur. Mild skin peels will be good too to fade the scars along with the acne treatment.

You have half a syringe from a year ago? Or does the doc / provider owe you half a syringe? If it is from the last injection, please toss it and do not use it. It is not sterile anymore.

From the pictures , it does not look so bad and can be controlled. Retin A maybe the next step with a good skin regimen and skin care doctor to follow you regularly till this is controlled. Once controlled you have to stay on too of it as adult acne does not have a cure. You have to be regimented about the skin care.
