Thank you for your question. I would follow up with the provider who did the treatment to reassess how your skin is healing. Generally RF microneedling helps with fine lines/wrinkles, skin texture, and collagen production with a series of treatments. In my practice we use RF microneedling, CO2 fraxel, and Halo laser to improve texture and signs of aging. Strict sun avoidance and post care are essential for best results.

Ultherapy is a great non-surgical option for skin tightening and collagen production. We often treat the mid and lower face. In my practice we also generally do a combination approach of ultherapy, PDO threads, and injectables such as HA fillers or sculptra to help lift the skin. Best results are seen over a few months. Acne commonly requires a combination approach of topical medication and other treatments for redness and scarring. In severe cases, you may even need a course of oral antibiotics. We commonly do BBL laser for acne redness and Blue light to kill acne causing bacteria. VI peels are also helpful in reducing pigment and breakouts. Can masseter Botox or Ultherapy achieve a flat-cheek look?

Masseter botox will contour the face but will not reduce cheek size or jowling unfortunately. Dermal fillers placed in the correct areas, however, may help reduce the appearance of jowls and buccal cheek fat. Some fillers are more plumping and add volume, while others are softer and used more for hydration. In my practice, I generally start with 0.5-0.75ml's and leave a small amount of the syringe left over for a touch up in a few weeks after the swelling has subsided.
