I am a board certified ophthalmologist and cosmetic surgeon with 20 Years experience. I do not believe the heated eye masks help dry eyes. There are a other methods that work. Including my exclusive eye cream Bella Piel Md. That being said. You should go ahead and do your Botox treatment and perhaps wait a few days for the mask. But better find a treatment that works. The beauty of hyaluronic fillers is that the treatment could be reversed or touched up any time However I think is wise to wait at least two weeks before doing anything. I wold use ice. Arnica.avoid hit it spicy foods. If the asymmetry persists I would ask for a follow up with your doc.

It is possible that the labella area is still over treated as well as the mid frontal is area. It would be better to treat next time the upper third of your frontal to elevate the eye brows and create a nice arch laterally. It looks like the lateral parts of your forehead are under treated.

I think you have two problems. Lumping I the tear trough and the Tindal reflex giving a blue discoloration. I would use hialuronodase to dilute the product and treat in a few weeks ET. Belotrero or restyle r. Much better choice of bialy ronin in the tear trough area
