Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidtate for Botox. Botox would work nicely in softening the masseters and thus help slim the jawline. Usually 20-25 units per side should be sufficient.

Smartlipo is an elective cosmetic procedure. Diabetes is a condition that requires medical clearance before any procedure is performed. In addition, one should have reasonable blood glucose and A1C levels. Anyone with diabetes may result in slower healing and increase risk of infection

Smartlipo may be an option for skin tightening. The laser fiber is inserted under the skin and directed along the dermis. The heat of the laser stimulates collagen formation which helps tighten the skin. This is an office based procedure which is performed under local anesthesia.

Thank you for the question and submitting your photos. You appear to be an ideal patient to have your tear troughs treated with filler. My preference for tear troughs is Volbella Juvederm. It is well suited for this area and is injected using a 32 gauge needle which is smaller than the average needle used for injectables. The risk of blindness is exceedingly rare, but has been reported.

The problem with gas after liposuction is not directly caused by the procedure. The most likely cause is taking pain meds afterwards. Opiods are commonly associated with nausea, vomiting, constipation and gas.
