Yes- based on your measurements and weight you should be a great candidate for smartlipo of the abdomen and possibly the flank areas. Best information should come from a consultation with a provider near you but we are having fabulous results with smartlipo and have seen an average of 8-10+ inches decrease in abdominal measurements in many cases.

Sculpsure is a non-invasive laser that destroys fat but does not penetrate deep enough to affect your hip replacement. A consultation is always recommended to ensure treatment and expected results but you are definitely a candidate jsut based on prior hip replacement.

Black only ink can quickly disperse and fewer treatments could be effective so we usually recommend purchasing individual sessions. Smartlipo is an excellent option to destroy and remove stubborn fat as well as provide tightening of the skin including. It appears that you have a modest amount of loose skin which might be better treated with surgery I do feel that smartlipo would provde reduction in inches, reduction in fat tissue and escellent results especially along the hip region. For best advice an in person consultation would be encouraged.

Actually the amount of tumescent fluid needed is more related to the area treated and safe calculation of Lidocaine used based on an individual’s weight and not how much fat aspiration is indicated. Adding more fluid will not equate to more fat removal. It is best to discuss with your provider what expectation is reasonable. Also amount of fat aspirated also does not necessarily equal complete results because the laser lipolysis and skin tightening are important in overall results.

Tempsure Envi is a laser therapy that tightens skin, promotes colagen , and eliminates fine lines and wrinkles. Results are amazing! Adding to the Tempsure sessions a series of facial peels and Dermaplane or other types of resurfacing should imrpove pigment issues as well. Good luck!
