You can’t always have a completely wrinkle free lower forehead and a maximal lift to brow. However, you can compromise. I would fully inject glabella area and then go high on forehead. if need to get a little lower on forehead inject more superficially . However, to get best brow lift you might’ve to accept some forehead movement.Can’t always have it all.

Photo is not a lot to work with but based on what I see I would fill cheeks first and then revaluate. The way the skin under your eyes will drape differently and you might not feel that you need under eye filler or might need a lot less.
Crows feet and comma line worse after forehead Botox, will it wear off?

Andrew, I think that the comma over brow certainly could have occurred after Botox. This can happen when muscles of forehead, which pull brow up, are relaxed and skin drapes differently. However, I have not seen crow’s feet get worse as result of Botox in forehead. Maybe you are just seeing more contrast now that forehead smooth. The good thing is that your Botox should be about to wear off and everything will go back to where it was before. No permanent changes expected.
Is there a reason why one cannot only put 1mls syringe of saline into 100 units of botox?

There is no correct or incorrect way to reconstitute your botox/neurotoxin. As long as the person that is injecting the neuromodulator is aware of how reconstituted and knows how many units /1 or 0.1 cc etc, they can do this however they like. Different ways of reconstituting will allow the injector to use the same tool in a bit of a different way so some people might do differently for different patients or for different areas of use.

When someone has prominent master muscles Botox in the muscles can certainly slim that part of the face. This is what we see when we treat bruxism but also what we can do for those that are just interested in changing the shape of the face. I don’t usually recommend for older patients(not you) as method to change shape as they might not appreciate the volume loss.

Unless I am not understanding correctly you had 1cc of Restylane years ago. I doubt that any of that remains. Not sure what you are consulting injector about, but, if they are saying that you are overfilled from 2016 Resylane I would see an experienced physician injector to address your concerns. From what I can see, your face has great volume and does not need fillers. Maybe that is what this person was trying to tell you.

If you are dissatisfied I would dissolve and start over. A half syringe is not that much of an investment so would prefer to start with clean slate then try to work around and fix what is already there. Would be different if large amount in face that could be revised with a smaller tweak. Be sure that you have a physician with a lot of experience with lips inject you and do not shop for price as you might be wasting your money instead of investing it.

I think that you face looks wonderful. It does not look old and I would not rush into doing anything with it at all. It is hard to see, because of the shadowing in photo,
but if you have some volume loss in temples you can consider putting sculptra there as a rounder face looks more youthful. Other thought is that maybe your well styled hair gives you a more mature look and it has nothing to do with your face.Play with your hair a bit and see what you think .

Sorry for what you have experienced. You should not bargain shop when something involves your body and your health. Thankfully you did not have a severe adverse event such as a vascular occlusion. You can get this dissolves and start over. I don’t know that the nurse will give you a refund, can’t hurt to ask, but you might request that some of product be dissolved.

I agree that Sculptra will soften the creases by both adding some thickness to skin but can also be used to add some volume up and behind so the skin drapes differently .

Theoretically, any filler can do this but in practice I have almost never seen this with a filler other than Juvederm. If you are seeing this with other fillers the problem is more likely the placement of the fillers or poor patient selection then it is the filler itself. I use Restylane and Belotero all the time and thankfully do not see this .

Lip flip is very different than correcting gummy smile. Lip flip is meant to evert the lips a bit and make them look a little fuller. Gummy smile correction drops the lip down so you don’t see you gums when you smile.

Hiding veins and tendons in hands can be easily done with an ha filler. like Restylane, or with Radiesse. They both work well. Radiesse lasts a bit longer but in my experience patients get more swelling. I
like both as they both work well , no down time and relatively painless. I suggest doing a peel at same time if patients have hyperpigmentation and changes fro sun exposure as well as using whatever products you use on face on hands.
