Coolsculpting will work on pinchable fat. If you can pinch it i-it can decrease it by freezing and ultimately bursting the fat cell. It can usually reduce to the tune of 25-35%. The fat that hangs off our body is not considered good fat. At the end of the day if you want to contour your body Coolsculpting is a great adjunct to diet and exercise.

Most people will start seeing some effect within 3-5 days with final results at 7-10 days. If you are not getting results it is either because it is not enough units, it was injected in wrong area or the Botox was diluted too much or expired. Best to return to your injector and discuss. Good Luck!

6 weeks after Botox and Juvederm is enough time to make a conclusion on your results. With only 1 picture, not having a before and after or different facial positions makes it very difficult to advise on your results. Botox is self limiting usually around the 3 month mark. The type of Juvederm ( Ultra, Ultra plus, Voluma, etc.) would be a helpful piece of information as each have different qualities. First, It would have to be evaluated to see if this is indeed product or is it swelling from the procedure. Some people can have swelling up to 4 weeks after injections. The product does attract water so it would be prudent to ice the area. If it is product it may need to be manipulated or even some if it dissolved. This is an issue many people have. As we age we lose collagen and our under eye fat pad slides down creating this ‘hollowness’. I like to tackle this issue with a combination approach. Good Question. In short the answer is no.  Are you able to visualize the lump or do you just feel it? It would be good to know which filler was used as some fillers are known to be deep fillers where they are injected close to the bone and some fillers are more superficial. Voluma- which is an Allergan/Juvederm  product is wonderful for ‘liquid face lifts’ and enhancing cheek structure. You should see immediate results after injection. You do have a few options either alone or in combination. Botox is not a filler and would not do anything for a ‘pock mark’. There are, however, options to fill an acne scar such as fillers in the Juvederm and Restalyne family. Belafill is a long lasting filler that  really does a great job with this issue. A good skin regimen and Botox will clear and control!. Depending on which toxin you use (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, etc.) and how much you need would affect the price. Your photo shows that you will not need much, however,an in person consult is obviously the best. These are common issues and can be alleviated.

First suggestion would be to go back to the injector and discuss your concerns with them. Were your expectations managed well? Is this what you were told would happen? Were you told you may need another procedure after Kybella to gain desired results? Did you gain or lose weight? Was it injected on label or somewhere not approved? These are all questions I would want answers for. Photos before and after sometimes tell the story- you should compare! good luck!
