I think using fillers and lasers and achieve a desired results. Looking at the pictures you can add volume in the mid cheek and contour the jawline and chin with fillers. For under the chin you can use rf microneedling to achieve a more lifted look

Hand rejuvenation with radiesse and restylane Lyft give really good results. The results can last up to 18 months. Fillers can decrease the bony appearance and reduce the appearance of veins. For dark spots one can also combine with laser treatment for optimal results.

Vycross fillers are harder to dissolve. It takes more hyalouronidase and more treatments. I have dissolved voluma which is also a vycross product.

You can use fillers to fill the hollow. There are long lasting fillers such as bellafill, Sculptra. Fillers in that area tend to stay longer than other areas of the face.

Too much filler injected in one area can cause compression. If you are having symptoms , then the filler should be dissolved. We do not know if a patient has bee venom allergy is susceptible to the hyaluronidase allergen in bee venom or phospholipase A allergen in bee venom. From literature it appears the risk of allergy to hyalouronidase in patients with bee venom allergy is low. There are two hyalouronidase brands available, and neither has warning in the package…

I like to use hyaluronic acid based fillers to fill in temples and forehead. Many people have temporal hollowing as they age, adding volume in the temples will give a more smooth contour and more lifted look. I also like fillers in the forehead to give it more smooth full youthful appearance.

Most people have some asymmetry, the left and right sides are not identical. Yours is minor, I do see the right side to be less full and slightly lower than the left. You can add dermal fillers to achieve more balance. the results are temporary, but may last a year.

The bubbles /raised area after Botox injection is related to depth of injection….it is common to see around the eyes and forehead. Some patients may require up to 30 or even 40 units between the brows…Slightly higher dose may give you longevity. Botox usually lasts 3-4 months, in some maybe longer. It is common to see some redness, swelling at injection site, but resolves very quickly.
