1) Dimples have a decreased aesthetic effect in older / looser skin and are best seen in younger and tighter skin with full cheeks.2) Dimpleplasty does not accelerate the aging process since it is a procedure that simply creates a dimple in the cheek(s).3) Any facial procedure should be done once you reach a stable weight. Eyebrow droop usually has more to do with inappropriate placement of the Botox in the first place by the injector rather than migration of the product. Pressing on the bump 1.5 hours after placement will likely not cause any eyelid droop. The medications you have listed have no absolute contra-indication with Botox. However, you should always let your injector know what medications you are taking prior to having any work done. For your “11’s” you may need a combination of Botox followed by filler depending on how deep they are. Residual wrinkles that are still seen in the skin when not making an expression and after full Botox effect has set in may slightly improve over time with continued use of Botox every 3-4 months (for a few treatments). To achieve a “chemical” brow lift, the depressor muscles of the peri-brow region need to be relaxed so that the “pull” or lifting of the frontalis muscle (forehead muscle) goes unopposed and gives you the brow raise. Botox onset can vary from individual to individual depending on the physiology of the person and the muscles that are targeted. Onset can be seen within the first 72 hours with maximal effect around the 10 day mark. Botox lasts on average 3 months, however, if higher dosages are used it can last longer. Unfortunately, it is hard to assess what may be going on without a photo. However, I recommend discussing your results with your injector while reviewing your before and after photos together. Filler such as Belotero should settle after 2 weeks. If you are unhappy with the result, the filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Adding more filler to any place on the face, especially the eyes, should not be performed earlier than 2 weeks. The 2 weeks allows the swelling from filler placement to settle so that an accurate assessment of if and how much product needs to be placed. Belotero does not need to be refrigerated, but the product is no longer sterile once used.
