If you want a surgical path, liposuction would be a great procedure for you. Overall, you appear to be in shape. Liposuction will allow us to remove the stubborn fat in spot when diet and exercise alone does not achieve the desired result you want.
A non surgical alternative would be something like cool sculpting.

Based on the photos you provided, before moving forward with any type of surgery,you would have to work on getting down to your ideal body weight and BMI around 30 to be a surgical candidate.
I would recommend getting on a weight loss plan and setting target goals.

Hi there and thank you for your pictures I do feel you would need a breast lift either way. You certainly can use a high profile implant but I feel you will still need a breast lift. Some doctors may wanna put in a really large implant on top of the muscle to try and avoid the lift however I do not feel that will give you a long-term result. Plus the weight of that implant if it is placed above the muscle will stretch out your skin in a relatively short amount of time. As...
