After babies the body can get a bit stretched out and droopy.
Liposuction can remove excess areas of fat and minimally skin tightening. A tummy tuck will get rid of the stretch marked skin.

It’s common to loose elasticity in the skin as we age, sun damage and weight fluctuations can also be a factor.
It’s hard to tell from one photo, and not a physical exam the exact tx you need.
Good skin care, spf 30 and less sun will help. A healthy diet with natural fats may also be of benefit, as very thin skin can look wrinkled.

Great question!
You are in a inbetween place with your skin.
Lipo alone will be good, but loose skin will be left in the lower abdomen area. A tummy tuck is the gold standard for tightening skin, but then you have a long incision. An additional option available is Renuvion, which tightens the skin underneath through the same dots as the liposuction. My patients love it as an option.

Botox is a great way to relax the muscles that cause hyper dynamic facial wrinkles.
Botox injected into the muscle is a different facial plane than where the fat transfer is occurring, so that wound not interfere with the successful take of fat transfer.
Botox in the forehead and lateral eyes are in a different area completely, so this treatment would be fine aswell. Run it past your surgeon for extra piece of mind.

Typically swelling starts to go down after 2nd week, and progressively goes down weekly for the next couple months.
Wearing smooth tight compression garments during this time, 24/7.
