This is actually a good time to use your fillers and Botox just prior to becoming pregnant.Since we don't want you to do these products while pregnant....so get your positive results before pregnancy and then you will look your best while pregnant.Good luck to you

It is important to see an experienced Dermatologist for your acne treatments. We have many choices of treatments from the typical antibiotic /topical treatment to Accutane, spironolactone and a variety of lasers. I prefer either IPL (photofacial) or my pulsed dye laser (Regenlite).Both of these lasers are painless and have no down time and are very effective with  4 to 5 treatments.i'm not crazy about photodynamic therapy for acne because of the downtime of avoiding sunlight for  48 hou...

It is natural to have nasolabial folds. They can be diminished by injecting  Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane products.These fillers can  soften the creases.Yes, you can inject cheek fillers too but if  on a  budget I would lean towards  injecting the folds .

The Kybella dot grid is very helpful for injection placement.However, if your doctor is very experienced they may not use it. Be sure to see a Board Certified Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon.

This is surprising your Juvederm ultra XC  isn't lasting longer than 3 months. You may have a high metabolism, Try Restylane the next time.Some patients do better with one over another.These are the best fillers for the lips.I wouldn't suggest permanent lip fillers. . If you do not like it...you are stuck with it. In addition, fashion changes over time.

I would be picky in who injects your Botox. It is in the hands of the injector. I do all of my patients  Botox, Dysport and fillers.There are plenty of Board Certified Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons that do their own  treatments that you should not have to settle for a nurse injector.You want someone that has been injecting for years and has lots of experience. Sometimes getting a brow lift is challenging.I would inject the frown crease (corregators and procerus) and add a drop at the tail of each brow.This should  nicely raise your brow and stop your frown crease.Do not treat the forehead at this time. You shouldn't get a spock or dropped brow with this  treatment.If you ever get the Spock look , this is easy to fix. Thank you for your very important question. If you are prone to keloids I would be very cautious about doing a cosmetic surgery procedure. Granted keloids are rare on the face but it can happen.you need a very serious discussion with your plastic surgeon.

I do not think 2nd hand smoke would alter your filler results. It's always a good idea to try and avoid 2nd hand smoke. If you were the smoker there is a chance it could alter your results...slightly.Smoking alters your vasculature and healing processes.

In your situation I would do another round of Accutane. It sometimes takes multiple courses of Accutane to tame severe acne. After the acne is controlled then you can use lasers to treat the scarring.Please see a Board Certified  Cosmetic Dermatologist for  this treatment plan.Good luck to you.Don't give up.

This is a very common problem. Nothing is perfect but you can definitely get improvement with Retin A creams, retinol creams , Alpha Hydroxy Acid lotions and chemical peels. Microneedling can help however this is a little more invasive than I think you wanted in your question.See a Board Certified Cosmetic Dermatologist to help you.It does take time and patience to get your results.
