Botox is FDA approved to relax facial muscles and in turn, soften the lines created from moving the face. Unfortunately it will not tighten skin on the body, but I recommend looking into nonsurgical skin tightening treatments for the body! You may be interested in CoolSculpting or JPlasma.

I recommend seeing an experienced injector in person. Every face is different and needs to be fully assessed before deciding on a specific amount of filler. It may be a better option to use a sturdier filler in your cheeks for lift, rather than fill the nasolabial folds. Find an injector you trust and listen to their expertise after assessment!

To have all of the filler dissolved, it will most likely take a few sessions. It is possible to dissolve it all. I would recommend researching experienced injectors in your area and scheduling a consultation to discuss. If the original medspa is not meeting your expectations and led to lumpy filler, I would recommend finding a new place with a well-trained injector.

Great question! Botox would be a great option for you to even out the muscles pulling higher on the left when you smile. You'd also be a great candidate for a "lip flip" which is when we inject a few units of Botox above the top lip to relax the smile.

Botox can absolutely be a great option for relaxing your top lip. Botox cannot necessarily change your smile, but it can relax the muscles that pull, in turn lower the top lip when you smile. I've seen great success with about 4 units of botox in the top lip.

I would recommend finding a new injector that you trust, and having them remove any remaining filler. Once it is confirmed any remaining filler has been removed, they can properly add new filler to even it out. I would recommend Juvederm Volbella.
